Evaluation Plans and Reports

The following documents are provided to serve as the basis for discussion, as school an district evaluation teams develop their evaluation planning skills.

 

They are not put forward as exemplars - as templates to be copied - since detail requirements of funding agencies, community and school conditions, and other contextual considerations vary enough that there is no one, right answer to the question, "How should our evaluation documents look?"
