Finding Ourselves Mapping Activity
Using topographic maps available online, teachers will guide students through several lessons and activities related to the use of topographic maps and the location of the school, their community, and their place within the community. (Grades K-3)

Paths of Travel
Using the topographic map available online, students will examine the paths of animal, people and water through the local area.(Grades 4-8)

Electronic Time Capsule
Using the archival and preservation techniques of electronic portfolios, students will leave an electronic time capsule for the class 3 years from now, for themselves and for the school achieves. (Grades K-8)
